Buzzed and Buzzy: A Beekeeper's Blunder

In a suit of white, he wobbles with glee,
The beekeeper high, in his flowery hat.
With a puff and a giggle, he dances with bees,
“Let’s make some honey!”—his thoughts quite off track.
He forgets the smoke, and he stumbles, oh me!
Yet the buzzing crew thinks their boss is the cat.

With a jar in one hand and dreams of sweet tea,
He forgets to check if the hive's open wide.
The bees, seeing free, dive right at his knee,
As he sways side to side, taking life all in stride.
“Oh, friends! Join my party!” he shouts with such glee,
While the bees swarm around, in a glorious ride.

In his flowery hat, with a beeswaxed decree,
He offers them laughs while he juggles some hives.
“Too sticky!” he laughs, as he spills his sweet tea,
And the bees, now amused, suddenly thrive.
They gather in circles, thinking, “What glee!”
As their keeper attempts to do comedy jives.

Then a thought crossed his mind—what a sight, oh so free!
“I’ll dance at the hive like I’m in the club!”
But the bees all agreed this was not meant to be,
As they buzzed discontent at their keeper’s new snub.
With honey on his face and a fiery bee,
The poor chap retreated, “I’m not such a grub!”

His friends at the bar laughed, “It’s good to be thee!”
But the bees knew better, each one felt quite sly.
With a buzz and a dance, they took flight, oh what spree!
As their keeper, now dizzy, just waved them goodbye.
He learned that day, in his messy bee spree,
That a pot-fueled dance might just lead to a high.

So if you wear white and love flowers like he,
Remember your friends with wings might not chime,
And the next time you puff, while you hum all in glee,
Check your hive’s mood before you feel fine.
For a beekeeper’s buzz should be aimed to decree,
That not every sticky moment is sweet—all in time!
