Stumbling around, where did I put my keys?
Thoughts like fireflies, fluttering with ease.
Overcooked snacks, is that still a thing?
Napping instead of adulting—oh, what joy it can bring!
Eager to chill, but forgot the plan,
Really, who needs structure? Just pass me that can!
Discussions of meaning, profound and so deep,
Riddled with giggles, while trying to sleep.
Out in the world, my social skills wane,
What did I say? Was I driving the train?
Evening winds down, I munch, then I sip,
Everyone knows I can’t handle a trip.
Reflecting on choices with a critical eye,
Still, I’ll roll one more before saying goodbye!
